1. I forgot my password or I did not get any email regarding password. What should I do?
Ans. Click on the "Recover Password" menu. After entering your email/User ID, your password will be sent to your registered email. If you continue to experience difficulties, you may contact us by email at admissions@mnit.ac.in
2. Do I require sending the hard copy of application form to MNIT Jaipur?
Ans. Please refer Information booklet for more details.
3. I am not able to add/edit my information on a form in the online application. What can be the cause?
Ans. You might be entering a special character like colon (:), semi colon (;), single quote ('), double quote ("), etc in your text. Use of such special characters is prohibited in the online forms.
4. What details should I provide while writing for the problem?
Ans. Please do not forget to provide following details while writing to us: (1) Application Ref No.(If you have) (2) Registered Email ID (3) DATE OF BIRTH (4) FULL NAME as entered in application & (5) Course Name Applied For. In case of application failure or any error message, we would like to have the error message text. Additionally, you may provide the details like Internet Browser & version (like Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla 3.0, Firefox 3.5 etc.) used. You may contact us by email at admissions@mnit.ac.in
