1. I forgot my password or I did not get any email regarding password. What should I do?
Ans. Click on the "Recover Password" menu. After entering your email/User ID, your password will be sent to your registered email.
2. May I know interview dates in advance so as to plan accordingly?
Ans. The list of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the institute website with the dates of presentations/interview well in advance.
3. Do I require sending the hard copy of application form to MNIT Jaipur?
Ans. Yes, You are required to send Hard copy of the duly filled online application form along with proof of payment of fees and other relevant documents in support of qualification, experience etc. to Deputy Registrar, MNIT Jaipur within the prescribed date failing which their candidature will not be considered.
4. Will it be sufficient if I send my CV to E & ICT,MNIT Jaipur as my application?
Ans. No, CVs sent through e-mail/post will not be entertained. An applicant has to fill in the online application form available on the institute website. That is the only way to apply.
5. I am not able to add/edit my information on a form in the online application. What can be the cause?
Ans. You might be entering a special character like colon (:), semi colon (;), single quote ('), double quote ("), etc in your text. Use of such special characters is prohibited in the online forms.
7. What details should I provide while writing for the problem?
Ans. Please do not forget to provide following details while writing to us: (1) Application Ref No.(If you have) (2) Registered Email ID (3) DATE OF BIRTH (4) FULL NAME as entered in application. In case of application failure or any error message, we would like to have the error message text. Additionally, you may provide the details like Internet Browser & version (like Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla 3.0, Firefox 3.5 etc.) used.
